Venusta Pendula at a glance
Let yourself be enchanted by the classic beauty of Rosa 'Venusta Pendula', a historic rambler rose introduced by Kordes in 1928. This charming rose adorns your garden with an abundance of semi-double, soft pink flowers that release a light, refined fragrance. A true eye-catcher that combines elegance and nostalgia, perfect for lovers of old-fashioned and rare roses.
With an impressive height of 300 to 500 cm, 'Venusta Pendula' is ideally suited as a tree climber or for luxuriantly covering a pergola, wall, or fence. Although it does not repeat flower, this rose displays beautiful rose hips after flowering, providing additional ornamental value in autumn and winter. Also fantastic for rose hedges or in parks, where its natural charm comes fully into its own.
This organically grown (SKAL-certified) 'Venusta Pendula' rose comes directly from our family nursery in Aalsmeer, where Belle Époque Rozenkwekerij has been growing roses with passion and craftsmanship for more than 40 years. We guarantee a healthy and strong plant, ready to enrich your garden with its timeless beauty. Your rose will be carefully packaged and shipped from our nursery.
Forty years of nothing but roses
Belle Époque is a family business, not a wholesaler. From our greenhouses in Aalsmeer, we have been growing only roses for over four decades — and every plant we send out is personally selected by us. This way, you receive not a catalog rose, but a plant ready to grow.
